# 4. Accords institutionnels Open Access

# Accords OA

## Liste complète d'accords avec composante OA

Des **accords dits "Read & Publish"** ont été conclus avec les éditeurs ci-dessous permettant la publication d'articles sans frais, ou avec un rabais, dans certains journaux Hybrid OA et Gold OA.

*Chercheur·es financé·es par le FNS* : Les frais Gold OA (livres, chapitres de livres et articles) des chercheur·es de l'Unil financé·es par le FNS [sont couverts par le FNS](https://www.snf.ch/fr/VyUvGzptStOEpUoC/dossier/publications-en-libre-acces-open-access), à l'exception des accords listés ci-dessous qui incluent aussi les revues Gold OA.

*Chercheur·es n'ayant pas un subside FNS:* Les frais Gold OA pour les livres [sont également couverts par le FNS](https://www.snf.ch/fr/uFmFFmMJGrnt1t49/encouragement/publications-de-livres-en-open-access). Pour les chapitres de livres et les articles Gold OA, s'ils ne sont pas couverts par les accords "Read & Publish", les auteur·es Unil/CHUV sont invités à consulter les conditions d'éligibilté de son [Fonds Gold Open Access Unil](https://www.unil.ch/unil/fr/home/menuinst/recherche/open-science/open-access/soutien-360/accords-oa/fonds-gold-open-access.html).

Lorsque ces options ne sont pas applicables, l'Unil encourage de manière générale le [Green OA (auto-archivage dans SERVAL)](https://www.unil.ch/unil/fr/home/menuinst/recherche/open-science/open-access/soutien-360/voie-verte.html). Par exemple, e<span data-teams="true">n cas d'épuisement des quotas annuels de publications liés à certains des accords listés ci-dessous, il est recommandé aux auteur·es Unil/CHUV de privilégier le Green OA lorsqu'iels publient dans des revues Hybrid OA.</span>

##### **Subside total ou partiel des APC**

Conditions à remplir dans tous les cas :

<div id="bkmrk-l%27auteur-corresponda"><div>- L'auteur correspondant de l'article soumis doit être membre de l'Unil/CHUV/Unisanté.
- Les <span lang="FR" style="mso-ansi-language: FR;">recherches ayant conduit à la publication doivent avoir été menées à l’Unil.</span>
- <span lang="FR" style="mso-ansi-language: FR;">D’ancien·ne·s chercheur·e·s peuvent bénéficier d’une prise en charge de leurs frais de publication, à condition que les recherches ayant conduit à la publication aient été menées à l’Unil et que le travail soit soumis dans l’année suivant la fin de leur affiliation.</span>
- Les détails de l'affiliation dans l'article doivent indiquer clairement l'affiliation de l'auteur à l'Unil/CHUV. Veuillez suivre les indications qui se trouvent dans la [Directive 4.3](https://www.unil.ch/files/live/sites/unil/files/02-universite/0212-cadres-legal-reglementaire/textes-leg/4-rech/dir4-3-affiliation-chercheurs1.pdf) concernant l'affiliation des auteur·es.
- Idéalement, l'auteur·e utilisera [son identifiant ORCID.](https://youtu.be/ECpTvy7IOfk)
- Dans la mesure du possible, utilisez votre e-mail @unil, @chuv ou @unisante pour faire la soumission.
