UNIL Account Creation

The IVIF, CIF, and FCF platforms will soon migrate their instrument reservation systems to PPMS.

All PPMS users must have a valid UNIL account. To facilitate the transition to PPMS, we ask that you complete the necessary steps to obtain a valid UNIL account before October 15, 2025.

If you already have a valid UNIL account, no action is required. We will contact you before the end of October 2025.

If you have an invalid UNIL account, such as terminated, canceled, or deactivated, you can contact the Helpdesk to reactivate your UNIL account.

If you do not have a UNIL account, you can follow this procedure -> UNIL-Account-Creation.pdf.

If in doubt, follow the procedure. If you already have an account, you will see the following message: "You already have a computer account at UNIL."
