My workspace
Access
You can access your workspace directly from the main menu by clicking on “My Workspace.”
You can also access it by clicking (1) on your profile icon, then (2) on “My Workspace.”
Overview
The workspace is displayed as follows. From here, you can create, import, visualize, modify and export records.
It is divided into three sections:
1. Records I Have Created
This view includes only the records you have personally entered. It contains all statuses (draft, in progress, archived), and you can edit, complete, or track them.
2. Other Linked Records (In Progress)
This section displays only draft records that are still in progress and in which you are listed (e.g., as a co-author), but that you did not create yourself. Records that are already archived or published will not appear here.
3. Records to Validate
If you are part of a validation team or committee, this section shows the records waiting for your review. You can take them in charge, edit them, approve, or reject them, depending on the case.
To access published or archived records in which you are listed (but which you did not create), you must go through your researcher profile by doing the following:
Then, click on “View” to access your full researcher profile, where all linked records (including published ones) will be displayed.
