Things to know once in the room

Once you enter one of the rooms equipped with a lesson capture system, you don't have to do anything special and you can teach as usual. The material you project onto the screen from the document camera, your computer or the openboard will be picked up.

However, it is essential that you use the microphones available in the room because the sound of your lessons is captured by the sound diffusion system available in the room. There are no "ambient" microphones.

The access to the microphones is possible from the cabinets that can be opened with a 14.0 key (more info here: https://www.unil.ch/unicom/fr/home/menuinst/prestations/materiel-av-disponible.html)

The camera in your room is equipped with a tracking system that initially calibrates itself on the shape of your face. If the tracking does not follow you, return to the lectern and face the audience and the tracking should resume normally.
