Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams, part of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, is software provided by UNIL that allows you to work and communicate within your team. You can use it to organize video conferences, make phone calls, share your screen, send files, and chat using its instant messaging feature. It can be used via a web browser or downloaded from the following page: https://www.microsoft.com/fr-ch/microsoft-teams/download-app.

Anyone with a UNIL account has access to Microsoft Teams. As the software is distributed by the UNIL Central IT Services (Ci), the rules of use defined by the latter apply: Service Level Agreement (SLA) (in french).

Seminar rooms

Seminar rooms are generally equipped for videoconferencing. You will find details for each room as well as user documentation on the FBM reservation system:

You can also borrow mobile equipment (microphones, conference cameras, etc.) from the FBM IT Service or the Teaching and learning support centre (CSE):

FBM IT support is available to assist you in organizing your videoconferences or if you encounter problems with the infrastructure in FBM rooms.
