For UNIL users - Eduroam

When you are at UNIL or visiting a SWITCH partner institution in Switzerland or abroad, you can access the internet and all UNIL services with Eduroam using your UNIL-Eduroam credentials (username = username@unil.ch and password = UNIL password). This network offers an encrypted connection and can be configured automatically on any type of device with the automated eduroamCAT installer below:

For external users - public-unil

Visitors to UNIL who are unable to connect to Eduroam can request an access code by SMS (free service) to use the public-unil network. For more information, please refer to the documentation provided by the UNIL Central IT Services (Ci).
