Description
Upon request, a shared mailbox can be made available to groups and units that are looking for a generic mailbox. Shared mailbox can then be displayed in Outlook (Windows, Mac, or Online) and managed using existing authorization groups.
Procedure
Request the creation of a generic “shared mailbox” email account
To request the creation of a generic shared email account, please contact FBM IT support, specifying the desired name for the account and the people who need access to it. Please note that the generic account will be linked to a shared calendar.
