Description
The FBM IT Department provides web applications to facilitate the daily work of the FBM community. Some services are only accessible upon request and by authentication.

| Description |
The FBM booking calendar allows users to reserve rooms and shared resources (scientific equipment, animal facilities, etc.) available in their department. For any requests to add, remove, or modify equipment listed in the FBM booking calendar, please send your request to supportfbm@unil.ch.

| Description |
The loan catalog allows users to view the IT equipment (computers, laser pointers, adapters, chargers, etc.) available in their department and submit a loan request to the FBM IT support. |

Limesurvey

| Description |
Upon request, the FBM IT Service provides FBM users (PAT and research—UNIL account required) with access to the LimeSurvey application, which can be used to conduct online surveys/polls. Upon justified request related to a research project, this service may exceptionally be made available to students for a limited period. To request an account, please use the following online form.

Arrivals

| Description |
The Arrivals application allows secretariats to notify IT managers of the arrivals and departures of employees within their department. Access to and use of this application is restricted to those responsible for HR in the departments.

| Description |
The tutor directory search engine allows students at the School of Medicine to find a supervisor for their bachelor's or master's thesis. The search can be based on a name, a topic, or a course, and returns information from the Unisciences profiles of FBM teachers.
