Email and calendar
Each UNIL user has an email address (prenom.nom@unil.ch). Upon request, UNIL FBM users can also request a CHUV email address.
Access
You can access your emails and calendars from your web browser using Outlook online. For more user-friendly access, you can configure your email in the Outlook app (available for Windows or MacOS).

Shared mailbox
If you need to use a shared mailbox to collaborate within a unit or on a project, please contact FBM IT support, indicating the desired address for the shared mailbox.
Cisco Email Security is the name of UNIL's anti-spam tool. You can view emails that have been blocked and release them if necessary at the following address: https://spam.unil.ch
If you receive a suspicious email that has not been blocked by the anti-spam filter, please follow this procedure: ☛ Report a suspicious email
Mailing list
Mailing lists are generated automatically from the access management system. You can use mailing lists if you want to send your message to a specific group of people. Click on the link below and log in (Switch edu-ID button available at the top right) to access all of FBM mailing lists:

To send large attachments (over 10 MB) to mailing lists, we recommend using the SWITCHfilesender service and sending the download link to your recipients.
