Option 3: Course capture request via a form
HEC and SSP teachers, or teachers who have encountered difficulties, can submit their request via a form which will be processed by our helpdesk.

The procedure:
- The teacher completes the form
- The request is processed by the CSE helpdesk within two working days
- The teacher receives a confirmation e-mail
- The course is added to the broadacst list on MyUnil
